The following is a description of the services Holly Spiegel-Miller, Attorney at Law will provide for a flat fee in the sale of your property:

SALE

1. Review of the Real Estate Contract. She will suggest modifications if necessary and permitted by the terms of the Real Estate Contract and negotiate with the other side with regard to suggested modifications.

2. Preparation of Seller’s closing documents, ordering the title insurance commitment, clearance of title and preparing the final closing statement showing adjustments to the sale price, closing expenses and the distribution of proceeds at the closing.

3. Schedule and personally attend the closing.
